Directed by KGB, the scene premieres March 8 on Tushy and VMG's all-in-one streaming platform, Vixen Plus.

"I set myself the goal of taking my content to the next level in 2026, and when Vixen asked if I'd be interested in doing my first professional anal scene for Tushy, I knew it was the perfect way to kick-start that goal," said Cox. The new scene marks Serenity's official Tushy debut and her 11th collaboration with Vixen Media Group since signing on as an exclusive contract star in 2024.
