Fandango today announced a dynamic Halloween lineup coming to its streaming service this October, highlighted by a major industry first: the launch of Multi-Studio Bundles. Fandango is revolutionizing digital watchlists this Halloween with this first-of-its-kind offering, allowing fans to buy multi-studio collections in a single purchase. Breaking traditional single-studio retail barriers, this new capability enables consumers to own complete franchises and curated collections—including iconic horror staples like Scream, Scary Movie, and Chucky just in time for spooky season.
Alongside these new purchase options, Fandango’s free ad-supported streaming (AVOD) service is debuting its branded Halloween hub, "Free to Scream." The dedicated destination offers dozens of free movies across every sub-genre, featuring modern horror hits like Five Nights at Freddy's, Night Swim, and Lisa Frankenstein, alongside horror masterworks such asNight of the Living Dead.
October’s free streaming highlights feature major exclusives and premieres, including the exclusive free streaming home of the original Ghostbusters. Viewers can also tune in for the AVOD premiere of MaXXXine (the final chapter in Ti West's acclaimed trilogy), the rarely available free stream of The Rocky Horror Picture Show, and the AVOD premiere of its companion documentary, Strange Journey: The Story of Rocky Horror.
Rounding out the October slate are major non-horror favorites timed to cultural moments, including the tech thriller The Social Network, aligned with the theatrical release of The Social Reckoning, and a 65th-anniversary presentation of West Side Story ahead of its upcoming London stage revival.
