Cash Money Records boss Birdman is still running the rap game whether we realize it or not. So it’s no surprise he’s at the top of the 10 rap label CEOs power list but he has some feelings about who is directly behind him.

The Louisiana native hit up his Instagram page to share a snapshot of the Top 10 rundown. Birdman suggested a little shake-up being necessary including the addition of Atlanta rap heavyweight Gucci Mane securing a spot.
