Fredo Bang comes through with his ‘Most Hated 2’ album
The follow-up to his 2020 Most Hated album, Fredo doesn’t slow down. Instead, he loads up with G Herbo and Loe Shimmy on tracks accompanied by solid production and nearly 20 tunes. Fully tap in.
Baton Rouge’s own Fredo Bang has officially released Most Hated 2, out now via EMPIRE. The 17-track project serves as the highly anticipated follow-up to his 2020 Billboard-charting breakout, Most Hated, and arrives as one of his most focused and fully realized bodies of work to date. The album features standout appearances from G Herbo, Loe Shimmy, Hotboii, and Joe Scott, each complementing Fredo’s intensity while keeping him front and center.
Across Most Hated 2, Fredo Bang balances melodic street rap with raw, unfiltered honesty, sharpening his delivery and giving each track weight and purpose. The opener, “Goin Bad’ Freestyle,” acts as a bold reintroduction, reminding listeners of his presence and skill, while “Back 2 Back” featuring G Herbo showcases confident, competitive bars that flex their ability to get what they want, when they want. “My Woo” with Loe Shimmy highlights melodic chemistry and loyalty to those riding by their side, and solo cuts like “Necessary Pain” reflect the strength gained from real-life hardships, proving Fredo’s authenticity in the streets. “Gates Flow 2 (She Don’t Wanna)” pays homage to Kevin Gates’ signature melodic style while embracing a raw, unapologetic sensuality, and “Bout U” is a heartfelt tribute to friends no longer here, a promise to keep their memory alive. The album’s focus, “Jumpin’ Out a Window,” strips away the bravado entirely as Fredo wrestles with grief, career pressure, fractured trust, and fatherhood, delivering one of his most vulnerable and revealing performances to date.
Leading into the album, Fredo built anticipation with a steady run of hard-hitting singles, including “Really Red,” “Young Ready,” and “UP IN HEA.” The loverboy track “Baby Please” centers on love and second chances and went viral when Fredo used it to shoot his relentless shot at Cardi B, while “Who Hiding” tackles ongoing beefs head-on, accompanied by a video featuring a real-life interaction with an NBA YoungBoy fan, reinforcing Fredo’s defiant and fearless energy.

To date, he has amassed over 1 billion global streams and more than 6 million followers across social platforms, earning co-signs from 50 Cent and Kevin Gates and becoming a regular presence at festivals including Rolling Loud.
With Most Hated 2, Fredo Bang expands on the foundation that made him one of Baton Rouge’s most compelling artists. The project stands as a statement of resilience, growth, and authority, reinforcing that he remains sharper and more unapologetic than ever.
