About G Herbo:
Platinum-selling rapper Herbert “G Herbo” Wright has endured a season of close calls and losing several of his closest friends to senseless gun violence in his native Chicago. All of this was channeled into his critically acclaimed double album, Survivor’s Remorse in 2022 which Rolling Stone called, “another potent look into his rattled, conflicted psyche that also doubles as a celebration of his 10-year run as one of the most enduring young rappers to come out of Chicago’s drill scene.” Following up from his 2023 mixtape, Strictly For My Fans 2, and earning Platinum and Gold plaques for Nardo Wick’s “Who Want Smoke” and his late friend Young Dolph’s “One Scale” that same year, Herbo aims to reach his full potential as an artist with his celebratory offering for the summertime, Big Swerv. The album is executive produced by longtime collaborators Southside and Big Oz. G Herbo's four albums, PTSD, 25, Swervo, and his debut, Humble Beast, all reached the Billboard Top 200 albums chart.
