Sheff G, Sleepy Hallow and Bay Swag deliver with their ‘Lucky’ music video
It’s all types of repeat-worthy but the visual is purely stunning. Vixen all over the place and the trio completely turn up in the most chill of ways.
Sheff G and Sleepy Hallow's melodic brand of Brooklyn drill has reverberated throughout the NYC scene for years, inspiring artists around the city to create softer drill sounds. Uniting with Queens riser Bay Swag to provide their own take on sexy drill, Sheff & Sleepy are back today with "Lucky," a new single and music video. Riding atop shimmering synths and hyperactive hi-hats, the three rappers take turns spitting game on the new single, interacting with the sample and charming with easy melodies.
"Lucky" arrives ahead of Sheff G and Sleepy Hallow's upcoming collaborative album. The next collaboration by Sheff and Sleepy seeks to remind the rap game of all they have already accomplished, promising their family and fans that they can rely on them no matter the circumstance. Following recent singles like "Woke Up," and Sheff's solo "Grind 4," Sheff and Sleepy's upcoming project arrives very soon via Winners Circle Ent. / RCA Records.
A pioneer of his home borough's drill explosion, Sheff G first began making music while he was still in high school. He quickly garnered buzz with his debut track “4 Them Racks”, a release that led to his 2017 breakout moment with explosive underground hit "No Suburban." A strong run of releases followed, including his critically-acclaimed debut album One and Only, as he ascended through the genre’s ranks, collaborating with fellow rap mainstays A Boogie Wit da Hoodie (“Run It Up”), King Von (“PICASSO”), Eli Fross (“ISO”), Polo G (“On Go”), and Fivio Foreign (“Waiting”), racking up millions of streams and video views, including 6 RIAA-certified Gold Records and a Platinum Record, in the process. The upcoming Weight On Me follows-up Sheff G's November 2024 album Proud of Myself. The album features guest spots from Lil Tecca, Polo G, Winners Circle's Fresh G, and Sleepy Hallow.
Sleepy Hallow has been busy in 2025, highlighted by the resurgence of his hit single "Anxiety" ft. Doechii and "Hallow Heart," an immersive virtual concert experience, created in Fortnite and produced in partnership with Winners Circle, RCA, and Sony Music. Boosted by a TikTok trend that swept the platform earlier this year, "Anxiety" has become one of 2025's biggest hits, with hundreds of millions of streams across platforms and a #45 peak on the Billboard Hot 100. Riding high off the momentum of last year's Read This When You Wake Up project (224+ million streams), Sleepy Hallow has scored several RIAA-certified hits throughout his career, most notably the triple-Platinum "2055" (over 1 billion Spotify streams) and the Platinum "Deep End Freestyle." Additionally, Sleepy's 2021 album Still Sleep? earned a Gold certification, along with singles "Molly" ft. Sheff G and "Breaking Bad" ft. Sheff G.
