SiriusXM: LL Cool J and Greg Nice share hilarious throwback Ol’ Dirty Bastard memories

Long live The Wu. If you needed another reason to give SiriusXM a serious shot, how about getting a teaser from music icon LL Cool J and Greg Nice’s Rock The Bells Radio where they remember the legendary Ol’ Dirty Bastard.

SiriusXM’s Rock The Bells remembers Ol’ Dirty Bastard

It’s tough to believe ODB has been gone in the physical form for nearly 22 years - but stories like what LL and Greg served up here? My goodness. Epic.

LL Cool J recently shared a memory of the time Ol’ Dirty Bastard urinated on his plaques at Chung King Studios on SiriusXM’s Rock The Bells Radio.

SiriusXM’s Salute The Sample hosted by LL Cool J, Greg Nice and DJ Z-Trip airs daily on LL Cool J’s Rock The Bells Radio (ch. 43) and is available anytime on the SiriusXM app.

LL Cool J: And what did Ol' Dirty say?

Greg Nice: Ol' Dirty Bastard told me, he said, "Yo, Greg, I took you and I took Busta Rhymes and I mixed it together and I made me and now I’m the greatest."

LL Cool J: I remember one time Chris Lighty called me up. He’s like, "Yo, you got to come down here. You got to come to—" He was at Chung King Studios. I said, "What’s wrong?" He said, "For some reason, Ol' Dirty Bastard just came here, broke all your plaques, and pissed on them." I said, "What'd I do?" I didn’t even understand it. I didn’t even understand it. I couldn’t understand it. Loved him ever since. “Oh, baby. I like it.” Hip-hop. Shout out to Ol' Dirty.
