Kehlani: It’s pure workout goals on a Woman Crush Wednesday

Forget taking it easy mid-week. It’s all about keeping the body and fitness goals brewing with stunner Kehlani showing out.

Pure glowing and showing when it comes to the R&B diva. Happy Woman Crush Wednesday!

‘day 50! while 75 hard is new to me, my fitness mission started a few years ago. i fell off for a bit, the rockstar lifeeeee of making an album & going on a tour rocked me. the drinking, partying, sleepless nights in the studio till morning, the forgetting to eat allllllll day. for someone who has various diagnosed mental illnesses, medicated for nearly a year… it was priority to me as a mother, friend, artist & community member to really find what worked for me during this year. i focus less on the short term goals and more how i want to prioritize my wellness for the rest of my life. how centered i feel when i maintain my routine. boundaries. grounding. prayer. while the tortured artist trope is raw real and appealing for consumption… i want better for us. i’m tired of us losing our minds. costing us our health, families, loves, sustainability. i’m exhausted of the narrative that the greatest art comes when we’re sad.. drugged up.. drunk and crashing out.. with the world going the way it is, i think we outta be more focused towards supporting each others wellness. i want us to make it to see our grandchildren love our art. i want to tell my grandkids i beat the industry demons. i not only survived but i changed my life and thrived. it goes way beyond the gym, this last year of my 20’s has been a daily choice to do & be better. i haven’t skipped any steps & the hard things have been the absolute right things. i’m proud of myself and im proud of everyone on the same mission. we got this 🫀’
