Today, breakout South Florida hip-hop artist Loe Shimmy drops new single and music video “Bag Rite,” ahead of his upcoming album Pretty Girlz Run The World, slated to be released July 24th via Rebel Music/gamma. The track arrives accompanied by a music video directed by Juan Galarza, which follows Loe Shimmy on a trip across the world as he takes in coastal street life, open water views, and the energy of somewhere far from home—all set against a smooth, mellow beat and hard-hitting lyricism.
Fans can pre-save Pretty Girlz Run The World now, ahead of its July 24th release next Friday. "Bag Rite" arrives as Loe Shimmy continues to build momentum ahead of the new album and adds another dimension to a rollout that has already seen his lead single "Body Dangerous" gain over 8 million monthly Spotify listeners in addition to a standout feature on Drake's Habibti ("I'm Spent"), which has been #1 on Apple Music’s Top 100 R&B Songs chart for over a month.
Pretty Girlz Run The World marks the beginning of a new era in Loe Shimmy's career as a rapidly emerging voice in hip-hop. As a melodic, emotionally-driven project that finds him pushing his range without losing the raw authenticity and unique delivery that built his loyal following. Balancing harder-hitting records with a deeper, more personal and emotional sound, the album is Loe Shimmy’s most comprehensive and ambitious musical project to date.
He takes this momentum on the road with his Pretty Girlz Run The World Tour, kicking off July 29th in Toronto and making stops across North America, including New York City, Los Angeles, Miami and more. This new record arrives on the back of a pivotal stretch for Loe Shimmy. His records "3AM" (2025) and "For Me (Remix)" (2024), with over 170 million combined streams have both charted on the Billboard Hot 100, while collaborations with Drake, Don Toliver, Brent Faiyaz, Quavo, and Sexyy Red, alongside features from The FADER, Pitchfork, and BET, have positioned him as one of hip-hop's most exciting emerging voices of the moment.
