Rival Pro & Sensei Pro Series: SteelSeries’ new mice will never run out of battery life

To infinity and beyond? Say less. It’s more of a reality than just catchy Buzz when it comes to SteelSeries and the powerhouse’s launches - notably its new Rival Pro and Sensei Pro Series? Oh my goodness.

There’s plenty to geek out about and you can feel the vibes throughout the site but how about simplifying things as low-key but epic as ever with the battery never running out? Ever ever? Ever ever? Ever.

Rival Pro & Sensei Pro Series – Pro heritage, Next-gen performance.

  • Ultra-Wideband Wireless (UWB) – The Rival Pro and Sensei Pro are less susceptible to the congestion and interference that can affect traditional 2.4GHz connections. Utilizing 6.4GHz-9.056GHz spectrum, UWB has 20x the bandwidth to take full advantage of a super-fast spectrum and can leverage multiple wireless channels simultaneously to deliver pure performance and constant, consistent 8K wireless. The result is a reliable signal, lower latency, and consistent performance in demanding environments.

  • Flawless True 8K – An 8,000Hz polling rate delivers near-instant responsiveness, refreshing position data up to 8,000 times per second — up to 8x faster than standard 1,000Hz mice. Other sensors throttle when polling is set below 8K. The Rival Pro and Sensei Pro Series have a Max Performance Mode that sets the sensor to 8K mode all the time with 20K/sec frame captures and full 800IPS/70G consistently for the most responsive tracking experience even for micro movements.

  • Infinite Power System – SteelSeries’ hot-swappable dual batteries keep players in the game without interruption. Two batteries allow gamers to charge one while the other is in use and can be swapped for maximum playing time. (Up to 32 hours @8K |16 hours per battery, or 120 hours @1K | 60 hours per battery)
