Rylo Rodriguez: It’s signature cars and luxury flexing in the Bruddas music video

Sometimes you just have to throw it up for the gang-gang and it’s clear Rylo Rodriguez is showing love to his day ones with anthems plus visuals like the ‘Bruddas’ drop. Tough.

It’s a solid single but the visual too? Tough. Lose yourself in the cinematic drop.

Platinum Alabama rap star Rylo Rodriguez (Glass Window Entertainment/Motown Records) scores another scorcher with “bruddas” and its music video, both officially released today. Riding his signature wavy melodic flow, Rylo recounts both triumphs of his current lifestyle that allow him to live lavishly and flexing the benefits of his success, while flashbacks and mentions of some of his crew who didn’t make it offer a grounded reality check and purposeful weight to his storytelling. In the song’s official music video, directed by Jordan White, Rylo performs the track flanked by a suite of luxury cars, proof of the success that he and his bruddas can now enjoy.

“bruddas” extends Rylo’s run of hit collaborations in the past year. He teamed up with Veeze and Lil Baby for “One of Them Ones” earlier in 2026 and strung back-to-back-to-back successes with 2025 singles “Bring Bac Act” (with Rio Da Young OG), “Don’t Say Nun” (with Yung Wolf) and “It Is What It Is” (with 42 Dugg and Lil Baby). Plus, he reunited with his partner-in-rhyme, Lil Baby, on his Billboard 200 No. 1 album WHAM, which featured their collab “By Myself,” with Rod Wave and he, LUCKI and Veeze joined forces for “No Stars in Maybachs” from LUCKI’s top 10 album Dr*gs Are Bad. All the songs have achieved millions of streams, proving Rylo’s adaptability to match flows and energy that make him an in-demand collaborator across the rap game.

Rylo continues to deliver on the promise he showed as one of rap’s most exciting breakouts this decade. His album Been One debuted at No. 10 on the Billboard 200 and at No. 3 on the Top Rap Albums chart in 2023, proving why he’s among the hottest prospects rising from the South. Dubbed the Southern Prince of Rap Samples by Rolling Stone, Rylo's triumph was matched by the success of "Thang For You" featuring No Cap, his first Hot 100 entry as a lead artist.

After signing to Lil Baby's Glass Window Entertainment in 2020, Rylo Rodriguez's penchant for flipping classic R&B songs into soulful hits became his calling card, as proven by songs like "Project Baby" and “Valentines,” which sample Mariah Carey and Tamia, respectively.

Previously making his grand entrance on Lil Baby's 2018 gold-certified song "No Friends," the pair continued their proven chemistry on "Cost to Be Alive." Rylo elevated his songwriting prowess when he released his debut album, G.I.H.F. It became his first top 40 entry on the Billboard 200 and reached No. 2 on the Rolling Stone Breakthrough 25 in 2020.
