Luhh Dyl, Babyfxce E & 1UP Tee: It’s three the hard way flipping Kid Cudi’s classic in the ‘Nite N Day’ music video
Turning up like crazy? You know the vibes. It’s all types of demon time goals on display from rap artist Luhh Dyl with the ‘Nite N Day’ flex and assists from Babyfxce E plus 1UP Tee.
The song is pure flames but I am here for the cinematic appeal. Tap fully in.
Rising Detroit MC Luhh Dyl has a knack forThe song unites Dyl with two fellow rising Michigan rappers, Flint's Babyfxce E and Detroit's 1Up Tee. Skating atop NYC beatsmith A Lau and Lucas's hard-knocking flip of Kid Cudi's seminal classic "Day N Nite," Dyl unfurls quotable flexes that display the unique way his mind strings thoughts together: "He double-cupped up, got him thinking it's lean/Bro whole time he sippin' on greenwater tea," he spits. Fxce and Tee add their own flavor to the track, stacking punchline after punchline to match Dyl's tone. In the video, the Michigan trio make their way to a Maybach dealership, where they stack cash and test out the supercars.
Dyl has shown a gift in his beat selection and ability to choose interesting samples to flow over a variety of samples, showcased by picking Cudi for this record, and then contrasting it with his last single, "Holdin Back" which samples Pinegroves viral "Need 2" record.
Earlier in the summer, Dyl dropped "Wish You Could," a contemplative anthem that earned acclaim from Clash Magazine, and "Wouldn't Believe," his collaboration with Lil Tony Official, which was named one of the Best Rap Songs of May 2025 by The FADER, and has generated over 2 million streams to date. In January, Dyl released his album Intrude, which featured guest appearances from fellow Detoriters like Tee Grizzley, Veeze, and Sada Baby, and national names like Loe Shimmy. The young rapper has already shown a tendency to experiment with flows and use unconventional samples, and dazzled with his live performance on From The Block.
